We are working on behalf of a friendly, well-established haulage company based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are seeking a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with transport compliance administration experience to work for a leading business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Effective and efficient planning of all scheduled maintenance to ensure minimal impact to the operation
- Ensure maintenance planners are displayed and are kept fully up to date
- Manage weekly maintenance schedules
- Manage monthly MOT schedules
- Ensuring Tachograph calibration schedules are displayed and planned
- Reviewing and seeking improvements contributing to effective cost control for all required fleet maintenance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience of working within the transport and haulage industry
- A solid understanding of fleet and haulage compliance
- Competent in processing information, and compiling management reports
- Aware of basic health and safety requirements, notifications, registrations and local authority in relation to written reports
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Salary: £25,000-£37,000 DOE
