Job Opportunity: Customer Administration and Support Specialist
About the Role:
STEM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS are seeking a dedicated Customer Administration and Support Specialist to our clients. Our long standing clients are looking for someone to assist the team for the next 17 weeks during a busy period. The team provide first-class service to key retail and corporate accounts. This role involves ensuring that orders are delivered according to customer expectations, overseeing product development and order progression, and meeting critical path dates to help maintain and improve sales.
Main Responsibilities:

Professional Communication: Maintain a professional image in all internal and external communications, ensuring all inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly.

Customer Communication Policy: Adhere to and follow the customer communication policy.

Order Management: Process, monitor, and report on customer orders from confirmation to delivery and invoicing, coordinating all relevant communication to meet delivery dates.

Data Accuracy: Enter orders correctly and punctually, monitor order availability, and maintain data accuracy in core business systems.

Customer Liaison: Maintain prompt and accurate customer liaison, order administration, and customer file maintenance.

Query Handling: Resolve quality and delivery queries efficiently.

Critical Path Management: Maintain and report on critical paths, ensuring key dates are met for both customers and the business.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with account management.

Product Specifications: Raise and amend product specifications per customer requirements and communicate this information to production.

Sampling Procedures: Ensure customer sampling and approval procedures are followed according to agreed dates.

Internal Documentation: Provide accurate internal documentation for production, including pre-press orders, blocking orders, and label requirements.

Compliance: Assist in gathering internal information to ensure industry compliance.

Training and Support: Support and assist in training colleagues.

Additional Tasks: Undertake any other tasks as defined by the line manager.

Experience:

Microsoft Office: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Customer Service: Experience in dealing with and resolving customer queries and complaints.

Administration: General administrative experience.
