Project Services Coordinator

£27,000 + 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Coordinator to work alongside a brilliant Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have experience in scheduling and coordinating facilities maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for engineers to attend to.
Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
Act as a liaison between the facility maintenance team to ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for the department.
Organize and coordinate equipment and part orders.
Participate in equipment troubleshooting and provide technical support to the team.
What you will bring to the role:
Experience in facilities maintenance or a related role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
