ROLE:
We are offering an enthusiastic, hard-working individual the opportunity to join the business as a Sales Representative.
To provide first class customer service, to support the sales team in winning business and ensure that orders are processed and planned within the required delivery date.
This is a key role with the important aim being to increase sales by expanding sales to current and previous customers.
Training will be given.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Building robust relationships with clients
· You will be expected to work closely with other members of staff, training will be given.
· A people person who can form trusted relationship with customers
· A self starter and doer. With a track record of delivering and driving results. You will need to drive your own diary and make sure that your own time is well utilised
· Make creative recommendations to help the business improve its offerings to customers
· Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
· Decision focused
· A team player who can work with the other team members to ensure that the best service possible is provided to all our customers
- Extract information from customers to compile accurate quotations.
- Correspond with the customer on queries/feedback.
- Liaise with the Technical team on any technical queries.
- Correspond with the customer on commercial issues such as costing.
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery dates and progressing orders
Any other office duties required:
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote Effective communication through all departments.
- Quotation chasing to win business
- To act as an ambassador for the company promoting its culture and goals.
DESIRABLE:
- Good PC knowledge, Word/Excel knowledge
- Customer service experience
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Pay : £11.44ph to £13ph depending on exprience.
