Duration: 8-week assignment, with potential for extension for the right candidate
Hours: Must be flexible with working hours, Monday to Sunday, 5am - 2pm or 12pm - 9pm

The Role:
Customer Engagement: Connect with customers by greeting them, making eye contact, and smiling.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by adapting to each customer's needs.
Product Knowledge: Be familiar with the product range and store layout, making recommendations when possible.
Complaint Handling: Listen and empathise with customer complaints, providing suitable responses and referring unresolved issues to a leader.
Store Maintenance: Keep aisles free of obstructions and undertake cleaning duties as required.
Performance Metrics: Understand and strive to meet key performance indicators such as sales, operational efficiency, price changes, inventory management, and customer service.
Inventory Control: Minimise stock loss and accurately check off deliveries and record wastage.Maintaining a clean and organised store is crucial. The team takes pride in providing a tidy shopping environment for customers.
