We are excited to be working with a fantastic professional services company who a recruiting a new position of HR Assistant to assist the HR Director on a day to day basis. This is a part time role and 2/3 days will be considered.
Previous experience within an HR Administrator position is essential and you must be able to work in a professional environment, on your own initiative with strong organisational skills.
Duties include:

Supporting on the employee lifecycle from start to finish

Assisting with recruitment by logging CVs on to the system and arranging interviews

Updating the HR System and ensuring data is accurate

Onboarding and offboarding of employees including coordinating with IT to ensure new starter requirements

Liaising with recruitment agencies

Writing and updating job specs, vetting candidates and collecting RTW documentation and references

Being first point of contact for HR queries

Collating ad reporting on HR Management information

Updating benefit plans with new changes and liaising with providers

Updating policies and procedures as guided by the HR Director

Daily ad hoc HR administration

Managing diary for the CEO
