Job Title: Events Assistant
Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 based on experience
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30
Job Type: Permanent HRGO Recruitment are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join one of the most successful events team in the UK for a new and exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant event experience or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of events, including coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and handling event documentation.
Administration of Events
General Office Admin
Personal Assistance
Location / Venue / Production / Entertainment Research
Liaising with Hotels and Suppliers
Creation of Power Point presentations for clients
Formulation of comprehensive timelines and Excel budgets
Occasional on-site presence during events Qualifications and Skills:
Events and travel experience essential
Must be proficient in OneDrive, SharePoint PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Organised with good communication and time management skills
Bright and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour
Must be able to multitask efficiently and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A logical and common-sense approach with a good comprehension of creating and reconciling budgets
