Portfield School is a specialist provision to support children aged 4-19 in a unique and supportive environment in which allows our students to be the best they can be.
We are recruiting for a friendly and welcoming School Receptionist to join our team.
This is a Part time vacancy, working 14 hours per week, term time only.
A School Receptionist day would include:
- Providing front of house support and assistance to all visitors, students, parents and healthcare professionals on arrival to site
- Ensuring all visitors sign in
- Taking clear copies of important relevant documentation, such as ID
- Acting as first point of contact to all external calls
- Signing for charity parcels, ensuring the correct department receive their goods
- Making a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
Hours of work:
Thursday – 08:30am – 3:30pm
Friday – 08:30am – 3:30pm
This will include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
