My client is a well know Garden Retail brand, boasting over 77 UK Stores. They are looking to recruit for either a fixed term or permanent member of staff.
You will be the owner of my clients content and all online digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent, on brand marketing. As a manager and leader within, showing strong team management skills, driving performance through empowering your direct reports and your teams to make the right decisions. It is essntial to have experience of using ECRM platforms.
Role Duties:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy that supports my clients wider strategy
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of digital strategy
- Manage email and social channels overseeing delivery from digital exec
- Work with external agencies on the implementation and execution of all paid activity
- Manage digital marketing budget ensuring this is kept up to date in-line with monthly spends
- Help drive performance increases on core KPIs across digital channels
- Track and analyse performance, providing weekly and monthly updates
- Work closely with online and commercial teams to ensure activity helps drive footfall and online sales
- Work closely with PR, Events and Customer Service teams ensuring activity is aligned
- Ensure ATL campaigns are represented in digital channels, driving awareness of campaign and performance increases
- Train and mentor team members
- Provide oversight to team, managing day-to-day issues and concerns, coaching and developing all team members, driving performance and deliver of the company goals through inhouse tools and ensuring all managed within company policy, procedures and processes.
- Takes the lead in creating a great place to work for everyone; creates a positive and engaged team through recognition, fun and inspiring others to achieve
- An effective coach with the ability to provide direct, honest and constructive feedback
Systems:
- High level of computer literacy, including word, excel and power point
- Experience across digital tools including; Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, Social and Email Scheduling tools, Adobe Photoshop
