Alexander James Recruiting is looking to expand with the addition of a new administrator for our office based just off the centre of Worcester. A specialist within specific niche sectors in the Sales & Engineering arena, we require an individual keen to work around 25-35 hours per week carrying out various administrative, financial & marketing tasks. There is an element of flexibility and versatility required within this role and it’s a great opportunity for an individual looking for flexible hours to work for a growing business.

Role Responsibilities
Posting adverts on the company website, on job sites and through the recruitment software system
Updating CRM with candidate and customer information
Designing marketing content to improve companies digital presence
Resourcing candidates by searching job sites & LinkedIN
Answering candidate and client calls and following up on queries
Formatting and sending CV’s to relevant parties internally
Generate invoice’s via the companies accounting systems & chasing payments
Be proactive in finding new ways to improve the companies operations through improving on technologies and seeking new ones
Managing social media aspects of the company in order to boost our online presence and profile
Help improve company website by making website edit’s and adding new contentRequirements
We require a focused individual with reasonable IT skills and the ability to carry out various admin tasks predominantly. You will have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team able to effectively manage varying responsibilities. The experience of having been involved or have an interest in marketing would be advantageous though not essential and we have a degree of flexibility both on the tasks carried out in this role and the hours worked. Preferable hours would be 9am-3pm Monday to Friday though this is something that can be discussed at interview.
