My client who are a family leisure park are looking to recruit a energetic Call Centre Manager.
As a Call Centre Manager, you'll manage a buzzing call centre, lead a vibrant team of sales superheroes and customer service professionals, ensuring every call is handled with a smile and every customer leaves happy.
The position is paying £50k per annum with an attractive benefits package. You would be required to work 40 hours per week over 7 days (incl. a couple of weekends per month)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of centre agents
Conduct regular training sessions
Drive sales through effective call strategies
Monitor and analyse sales performance, setting targets and celebrating all wins big and small!
Ensure that every customer leaves with a smile
Take on feedback and implement feedback system to improve customer satisfaction
Oversee the daily call centre operations
Utilise call centre software
Be creative!
Plan and execute fun team-building activities to keep the group motivated!
Skills
Proven call centre Manager experience or in a similar role within sales and customer service
Passion for leafing a high-energy team
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Tech Savvy – call centre software and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills
