Description
Oversee and coordinate payroll projects within the department.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll data.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
Adhere to all relevant legislation and best practices.
Provide training and support to staff on payroll-related issues.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the payroll department's strategies and processes.Profile
A successful Payroll Project Officer should have:
A strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.

An hourly rate of GBP 14 - GBP 15, commensurate with skills and experience.
