Your Role and Responsibilities
Using your dedication and expertise, you'll facilitate a complete HR service to our HR Business Partnering Team. Your dynamic remit will encompass administrative, operational, and project management support. You’ll play an essential part in refining HR processes, and maintaining HR information and system transactions. As the backbone of providing premier HR services, your adherence to standout standards and best practices aims to catalyze powerful changes in our approach towards HR services, fostering positive experiences for both our employees and the business.
The position demands 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR administrative or operations role, fitting perfectly for someone enthusiastic about transforming HR operations.

Position Summary
Your role will involve:

Managing the employee life cycle including processing of events such as new joiners, departures and transfers, and leave records.

Overseeing HR administration, including the entire employee life cycle process, first-day induction procedures, and responding to HR queries.

Supporting data management, ensuring data integrity of records in the HR system, and handling standard and ad hoc reports.

Assisting in employee relations and providing note-taking support in investigatory procedures related to disciplinary and grievance processes.
Your Skills and Experience
You should possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent ICT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), a deep understanding of data accuracy and a strong morale for confidentiality. A CIPD certification is advantageous but not essential. We value your understanding of HR operations in large organisations and your unwavering curiosity and passion for learning about the Asset Management/Financial Services industry.
