What's involved?
As a Group F&B Administrator your duties will vary and are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate group bookings for our restaurants, bars, and event spaces
Serve as the primary point of contact for group reservations, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams
Process and confirm reservations accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures
Liaise with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth execution of group bookings
Handle enquiries professionally and promptly, providing detailed information about our venues and offerings
Maintain an up-to-date reservation system, resolving any conflicts or overbookings
Prepare daily reports on group bookings and communicate relevant information to all departments
Assist in creating and updating menus, pricing, and promotional materials for group bookings
Collaborate with the sales and events team to maximise revenue opportunitiesProven experience in hospitality reservations or a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment is desired and confident working on Opera Cloud would be advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as someone with strong communication skills both written and verbal is essential. You will need to be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as per required and ideally have knowledge of F&B operations is a plus,
