As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, managing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth, revenue, brand awareness, and market share. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation. Working within the Growth Marketing team, and closely with other marketing departments and business functions, the ideal candidate will have a track record of marketing campaign management, with the ability to execute and bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign strategy and execution: Creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that will drive leads and pipeline across the core markets

Lead nurturing and marketing automation: Creation of nurture and retargeting programs using tools such as HubSpot to setup marketing automations

Tracking and conversion optimisation: Creation of activities to engage, track, nurture and convert leads into SQLs
-
Demand generation: Planning and execution of demand generation activities

Cross-functional alignment: Collaboration with key stakeholders and functions to ensure impactful targeting, messaging, content, execution and tracking

Supporting outbound marketing activities: Close alignment with SDRs to support outbound activities and prospecting objectives

Supporting sales objectives: Working closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure lead and pipeline targets are met

ABM strategy and execution: Implementation of ABM activities to drive growth in target accounts

Reporting and measurement: Monitoring of marketing activities to make data-lead decisions to optimise performance using analytical tools

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in B2B marketing campaign management and demand generation

Experience utilising different marketing channels, tactics and tech to cut through the noise

Experience running paid marketing campaigns/activities

An understanding of demand generation and lead nurture campaigns

Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate and measure success

Experience using marketing automation tools

Previous use or understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot (or equivalent)
