Overview Main Purpose of the Role
As a member of the Carlisle CM UK Customer Service Team this person will be responsible for general customer service administration duties offering support to customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Dealing with customer enquiries/processing of sales orders via phone and e-mail. Inclusive of receipt of order, carry out relevant credit checks with finance, data entry, despatch, invoicing and liaising with all couriers.

Raising Invoices, quotes, credit notes, complaint forms and collection notes. Updating computer pricelists.

Adhering to and ensuring all month-end procedures and requirements are completed within the deadlines set.

Ensuring a professional interface between customers and Carlisle personnel whilst developing customer relationships.

Organising bookings for customer training at our Academy and subsequent administration of certificates etc.

Utilise the Carlisle Operating System (COS) ways of working in all relevant tasks and projects.

Qualifications Required
English and Maths.
Skills and Experience Required
Requiring excellent communication skills, an ability to organise tasks, keep accurate records and work closely and proactively with all other departments and team members. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude with a personable demeanour required to deliver the “Carlisle Experience” internally and externally at all levels.
