A Sales Coordinator local to Swindon is required to join the Internal Sales team, ensuring excellent customer experiences and effective sales support. The Sales Co-Ordinator will handle incoming sales orders, support sales enquiries, manage returns and credits, resolve invoice disputes, and build strong relationships with the sales team, merchants, and installers. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and maximising upselling opportunities.
Role Overview
Process incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
Act as the first point of contact for sales support enquiries via phone and email
Manage product returns and credits per the returns policy
Resolve invoice queries and disputes
Maximise upselling opportunities
Maintain effective relationships with the external sales team
Build relationships with merchants and installers in a designated sales area
Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong literacy and maths skills
Enthusiastic and motivated
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Excel and Word; Sage experience is preferable
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to understand technical details
Great customer service skills
Excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner.
