Our fantastic client is seeking a fantastic Contracts Manager to manage, create and implement their contracts and procurement processes. You will be managing supplier relationships and will assist in negotiating terms whilst ensuring optimal agreements and partnerships. You will need a strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
You will be working for a wonderful not for profit organisation within the education sector in Buckinghamshire. This role has fantastic hybrid working with only one day per week in the office. The Contracts Manager role is 28 hours per week offering a salary of £40,000 – £44,000 (FTE) depending on your experience. The company has a discretionary annual bonus alongside great benefits and career progression.
This would be a fantastic role for someone with a CIPs or similar qualification.
Main responsibilities for the Contracts Manager role:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.

Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and propose mitigation strategies.

Lead and support the procurement lifecycle, including request for information/proposals, and performance management plans.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related and procurement requests and issues.

Analyse and report on supplier spend and financial performance.

Conduct regular audits of procurement and contract processes to identify areas for improvement.

Be the point of contact for all communications with suppliers, stakeholders and legal teams.
