Graphics and Marketing Assistant (Graduates)
Assist with maintaining marketing activities which meet agreed company objectives.
Carry out graphic design revision and updating work:
Work with existing InDesign and Photoshop files.
This could include: re-drafting of advertisements (magazines, digital banners), brochures, exhibition stands, sponsorship graphics.
Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to, and messaging is tailored to the relevant product/audience.
Creation of product and service documents and datasheets for internal and distributor use; including information-gathering from various internal departments.
Liaising with internal personnel and distributors to gather foreign language translations.
Build responsibility for own design work overtime.
Assist with creation of self-service photo library for Sales team and distributors.
Assist with reorganisation, updating and maintenance of company’s PowerPoint asset library.
Management of sales model distribution ensuring the database is accurately maintained.
Manage any shipments required for exhibition/conference marketing material liaising with the relevant internal department or freight forwarder.
Search and preparation of press cuttings; disseminating information as applicable.
Press database management including searching for new contacts.
Support with distributor enquiries & requests for material.
General support to the Marketing Manager.
