Accurate processing and timely payment of invoices
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Handling supplier queries
Assisting with month-end closing
Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports
Adhering to financial regulations and standards
Collaborating with the wider Accounting and Finance teamProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger should have:
A strong understanding of purchase ledger processes
Experience working in the Accounting and Finance sector
Excellent attention to detail
Strong numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
