As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive image of the organisation through exceptional customer care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming enquires via telephone and online platforms, ensuring excellent customer service
Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area professionally
Providing information about our client's products and services, as well as updates on customer orders
Collaborating with couriers to track, update, and resolve order-related issues
Assisting customers with order placement, returns, and refunds promptly
Monitoring and maintaining office processes and services
Collaborating with retail locations and building strong relationships with service account managers
Managing supplies, including stationery and cleaning items, for the head office and retail locations
