Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading Racking & Storage manufacturer and provider, looking to recruit a Graduate/Trainee Technical Sales Support member of staff to oversee enquiries and orders whilst offering support to customers. Responsibilities
Dealing with quotations for distributors and trade customers
Providing technical support to customers and carrying out design work
Processing customer orders
Liaising with suppliers as and when necessary
Keeping on top of all documentation in relation to maintenance, manufacturing and operations
Developing an understanding of the business and the Racking & Storage industry as a whole
Requirements
The company is ideally looking to bring on someone who has recently graduated with a technical degree of some description. You will need to be someone who is wanting to develop a long-term career within an industry since there will be an opportunity to move into Project Management or Sales in the long run. It would also be preferable for an individual to have design experience but the autoCAD software can be trained in-house if necessary. In terms of location, the role is hybrid and the office is in Swindon there for you must live within commutable distance.
