Operations Advisor (Monday to Friday, 35 hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday and Friday working from home!
Salary - 30k DOE, plus bonus scheme
Our Client is a financial services company based in Glasgow that provides consumer finance and loan servicing solutions for clients in the Motor Finance and Education and Training sector. The business is entering a period of expansion and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Advisor to join our team.
The Role
Working as part of a small dedicated team, you'll provide first class service to our clients and customers as well as supporting the Operations Manager by carrying out a broad range of duties including:
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer and client queries
- Dealing with customer communications via email and letter and managing as appropriate
- Processing loan applications and customer and client payments
- Managing various banking processes including BACS, DD postings, cancellations and reconciliations
- Liaising with and providing information to various third parties including Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies
- Assisting the Operations Manager with the production of meaningful Management Information to assist key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager as required
You'll have a minimum of two years' experience within an Operations/Senior Customer Service Advisor role within a Financial Services/Contact Centre environment, strong administration skills and good written and verbal communication skills. You should have a proven track record of providing service excellence, strong attention to detail, good PC skills and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
