Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESP) in a high-growth eCommerce company.

Proficiency in referral and loyalty marketing.

Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant policies impacting customers.

Focus on growth, with robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, including optimization and A/B testing methodologies.

Passion for understanding customer personas and crafting relevant messaging to influence creative teams.
