Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and butchering meat
- Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed during all stages of food preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food supplies
- Help in creating new dishes and menu items
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen environment
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
