Key Accountabilities:
Implement best practice estimating policy, processes and procedures on projects.
Providing cost estimates and cost plans within levels of certainty, provisioning effective monitoring, forecasting and control of financial limits
Assist value engineering assessments and evaluation as part of the project process.
Providing estimating input to performance reporting, risk and change assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce estimating deliverables in accordance with the appropriate procedures and guidelines
Estimating SME
Able to lead the development of cost estimate(s) set by the PM, PCM or task manager
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Able to review estimate bases including the supporting project controls, supply chain and technical artefacts
Providing robust cost advice and analysis to support key business decision making and reviews
Develop and maintain clear and auditable basis of estimate documentation
Review, assuring quality of cost estimating artefacts
Providing estimating support to risk assessments and mitigation actions
Essential:
Significant experience in an Estimator or Cost Planning role
Experience of FEED (Front End Engineering Design) / PPP (Pre Project Planning)
Experience of cost management for design and build construction projects
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

Chartered Quantity/ Building Surveyor/
