Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification and will be responsible for various HR administrative duties, including the processing of airside ID passes for personnel working at our airport locations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and maintaining compliance with airport security regulations.
Key Accountabilities
HR Administration

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides

Liaise with external partners, such as payroll providers and benefits companies

Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
-
Answer employee’ queries about HR-related issues

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Airside ID Pass Processing

Manage the application and renewal process for airside ID passes
-
Verify and process documents required for ID pass applications
-
Liaise with airport authorities to ensure compliance with security requirements

Track and monitor the status of ID passes, ensuring timely renewals
-
Provide guidance to employees on the airside pass application process
-
Maintain accurate records of all airside pass holders
-
Ensure all ID passes are collected and deactivated upon employee termination or role change
Employee Onboarding
Compliance

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Support HR audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position

An understanding of HR functions and best practices

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
