RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
WOLVERHAMPTON
Basic Salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Due to continued expansion or client is looking to add to their existing team of consultants Our client is a very successful independent recruitment agency that has carved an enviable reputation for delivering a 5 star recruitment service
The office provides a friendly and fun environment with full support and any training from senior management The successful candidate will be given a desk with active clients to manage and maximise activity in order to continue growing their own desk
Duties will include:

Managing a warm desk of clients providing a consultative service

Conducting outbound calls from an extensive warm database
-
Registering, interviewing and referencing new temporary workers
-
Developing strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers
-
Matching workers to client’s vacancies regarding skills, experience and the right cultural fit for both parties

When required visiting clients on site, building rapport, solidifying relationships and developing understanding and trust

Promoting the business as the first option for all recruitment and staffing solutions to new clients via telephone and associated promotional campaigns

Updating and maintaining accurate information on CRM database system

Working effectively to ensure all targets are exceeded whilst maintaining a quality driven compliant service
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be:

Fully experienced with a 360 degree recruitment role

Able to manage and develop a warm desk

Confident in carrying out sales activities

Communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels

Self-motivated, ambitious, confident and willing to succeed

Able to work on your own initiative and also effectively within a team
