A leading sustainable fashion brand is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Retail Sales Advisor for their Elizabeth Street store in Belgravia, London. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service, managing stock availability, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The position requires working 40 hours per week, including 1-2 weekend days per month. The salary ranges from £24k to £27k, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
Manage stock availability, ordering, and returns processes.
Stay informed about new products, styles, and fabrics.
Offer product and styling advice.
Perform store opening and closing duties.
Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.Required Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/sales role in a premium retail environment.
Strong communication skills with patience and empathy.
Genuine interest in sustainable fashion.
