Main Duties of the Role

Provide 1st and 2nd line support, remote and on-site

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and a wide range of software applications.

Respond to every IT request within the SLA window

Install, configure and upgrade IT Equipment

Accurately create and maintain documentation

Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Your Skills and Experience

Solid customer service skills an essential!

Excellent desktop troubleshooting skills

Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems.

Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange experience

Understanding of networking

Office 365, Azure and VoIP

Basic understanding of Hyper-V

Driving license & car
Salary

£23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
