Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Early Help Case Worker for a Local Authority Client based in North London.
In this role, you will provide tailored support and guidance to families, empowering them to build on their strengths and prevent family breakdowns.
About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
Manage a varied caseload, providing tailored support to families.
Conduct assessments to understand family needs and risks.
Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with families to achieve positive outcomes.
Work closely with the Early Help Service Deputy Team Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with other professionals and services to provide holistic support.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience managing a diverse caseload and delivering tailored support to families.
Experience engaging with families and communities to deliver support in both community and office settings.
Experience providing support and guidance to parents and carers to build on family strengths.
What's on offer:
Salary: £18ph+per hour
may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience
Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
