I am working with a Housing Association in Yorkshire who are looking to recruiting an Asset Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be a hybrid role and will require attending the office a couple of times a week, the offices are based in either Leeds or York.

This role of Asset Investment Manager involves proactive management of property assets to ensure high standards of customer homes and effective implementation of planned investment programmes. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Repairs and Asset Maintenance, the role focuses on maximising asset performance and fostering stakeholder relationships.
This role would suit a seasoned manager or senior surveyor experienced in property asset management, with a strong ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ideal candidates would have a background in delivering planned maintenance programmes and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the performance of their assets through effective asset management

Contribute to strategic direction and success as part of the Leadership Team

Provide effective leadership and management for the Asset Team

Develop and maintain key external relationships in the asset management arena

Deliver the rolling stock condition survey programme through their in house surveying team ensuring quality data is collected

Drive structural and cultural business change for service improvement
