Person Specification:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen from scratch
- Knowledge of cakes, pastries, and breads
- Skills and experience in all kitchen sections
- Positive attitude
- Common sense
- Stamina
- Organizational skills and flexibility
The job entails working 160 hours over a four-week period, with hours being scheduled based on the business's needs.
Salary: £25,750 per year
