Service Delivery Manager – Telecommunications

The primary role of the Service Delivery Manager is to oversea a team responsible for providing products to our customers.
Responsibilities include managing workloads to ensure orders are delivered on time, collaborating with the Sales Manager to anticipate future sales volumes, optimizing order processing efficiency with carrier account managers, enhancing automation with the Head of Development, leading project management for major tenders as needed, assisting the team with day-to-day tasks, coordinating with external contractors to alleviate internal workloads, and overseeing the performance and development of the service delivery team.
Essential Requirements:
Managing a geographical diverse team
Project management experience
Experience of the telecoms industry and dealing with carriers
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience in provisioning Ethernet, Data Centre connectivity, VoIP and Broadband
Previous experience working in a high-pressure environment
Experience managing multiple and often interdependent projects
