Internal Sales Coordinator
Our Portsmouth based client are are looking for a Full-Time Internal Sales Coordinator to assist our friendly Sales team out on the road, looking after new and existing customers.

A typical day in the life of our Internal Sales Coordinator might include:
·Being on the telephone to our Reps out on the road and their customers
·Importing orders onto our system, editing and preparing orders for processing
·Preparing and sending out product information to the reps and/or customers
·Organising deliveries and returns via courier and pallet network
·Preparing back orders
·Liaising with our finance team regarding customers' account status
·Speaking to our Customers to take orders and answer any queries they may have
·Arranging stock returns and any relevant credits
This job might be for you if:
·You have experience of being on the telephone. Have you worked in telesales or telephone customer services and want to take the next step.

·You have a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite including Outlook
