My client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chippenham. You'll play a vital role in supporting their daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of their services.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for answering calls and directing enquiries
Respond to emails efficiently and professionally
Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies and equipment
Assist the senior team and organise meetings for staff
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Process payroll, expenses, and attendances
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Support HR activities such as recruitment, inductions, and staff filesWhat you'll bring:
Previous administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
