As Senior Social Media Manager, you'll manage a variety of brands online presence - developing social media strategy, producing engaging content, monitoring key KPIs, liaising with the clients and managing social campaigns. You’ll bring brands to life through effective paid as well as organic social strategy, reactive content production and content planning, to amplify brand presence and drive engagement, and jumping on trend-led opportunities in the social space.
Responsibilities for this Senior Social Media Manager role include –

Develop and execute comprehensive social media content plans, write engaging captions, and create compelling content by leveraging the latest trends.

Plan, build, and execute multi-channel Paid social campaigns to drive engagement and organic growth.

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels.

Monitor, track, analyse and report on relevant KPIs, and recommend improvements to increase performance.
About you
-
4-5+ years of experience in Paid Social Media management with a proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and growth

Experience creating and writing social media posts that engage audiences, using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Strong client facing skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Must be comfortable presenting to clients

Experience using scheduling tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite and Asana

Experience setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns

Deep analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly - using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

Experience using Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) to edit and create content is essential
