Responsiibilities;

Speaking with agents and customers on the phone

Providing quotations to customers and agents.

Booking new shipments.

Liaising with agents and customers.

Managing cross-trade shipments.

Handling invoicing.
Skills Required;

Experience working within global freight forwarding

Seafreight, airfreight and road freight experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
