Established for over 100 years, my client is a family run contractor who work with numerous Housing Associations and Local Authorities providing cyclical maintenance, refurbishments, adaptation, voids, roofing, and adaptation works.
They are currently seeking an ambitious hybrid Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer to assist with their current reroofing scheme project working within the social housing sector of the construction industry.
Previous experience is essential, with the ideal candidate holding the following credentials:-

SMSTS/SSSTS

First Aider
-
CSCS card preferred but not essential
-
Good communication skills
-
Valid driving license preferred but not essential

Proof of right to work within the UK

General IT skills, utilizing Word, Excel etc
The role will be site based working within the Kent/Surrey/London areas, working Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
Approximate start date for the successful candidate will be late August/September 2024 and will be on a temp to perm basis with a negotiable rate of pay
