We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, and sourcing of asbestos operatives. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in growing our client base, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high level of service. We want more thant a 9 to 5 person, we want a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and retain existing clients.

Source and manage a pool of asbestos operatives to meet client demands.

Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements.

Nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Requirements:

Proven experience in account management and business development within the asbestos or construction industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, whilst working proactively at all times.

Full driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits (renumeration offered)
