Join our reputable fulfilment centre in Milton Keynes as a Warehouse Manager!
This is a temp-to-perm position with an immediate start, offering £16.00 per hour, an annual salary of £35,000!
⏰ Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours weekly, with a well-deserved 1-hour break. One Saturday in three with a day off in the week (hours may vary due to business needs).
As a key member of our small and friendly team, you will be responsible for managing our busy order fulfilment operation and ensuring daily productivity targets are met. You'll also handle client-facing duties and communication via our online ticketing solution.
Key responsibilities include:
Training and managing operational staff
Liaising with the Client Services Manager
Stock control and space management
Maintaining health and safety records
Managing operational assets
Assisting in picking and packing
Managing returns and ensuring warehouse adherence to health and safety procedures
Prioritizing projects and resolving issues
Conducting performance reviews and maintaining a tidy and efficient operation
