To add to our Personal Lines team, we are searching for an Account Handler. The account handler will support the insurance manager in managing the Personal Lines Policies daily.
The Role
- Uphold and provide for an existing book of personal lines insurance policies, such as those for homes, cars, vacations, and real estate.
- Claims management, which includes reporting and communicating with all stakeholders to ensure the best result for customers
- Modify policies according to the needs of clients.
- the capacity to become knowledgeable about insurance marketplaces and placement tactics
- Develop ties with clients and insurers
- Deliver client presentations to the marketplace.
- Respect all corporate guidelines and directives.
About you:
- Experience working within the insurance industry
Strong organisational and time management abilities
