Demonstrable experience in property management and maintenance.
A proactive leader with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships.
Familiarity with the Getting Things Done (GTD) framework is a plus, but not essential.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
Manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
Assist in overseeing property maintenance operations, coordinating with contractors and tenants.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Help develop strategic property improvement plans to enhance value and profitability.
Ensure tasks are evenly distributed across the team to maintain high productivity and morale.
Monitor workload and response times to consistently deliver top-quality service to clients.
Proactively identify and resolve issues with innovative solutions to advance project objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Gas Safety, CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + performance-based monthly & quarterly bonuses
