A new opportunity has opened for a skilled confident Administrator in the UK’s leading school show filming service for schools and dance schools and businesses large and small.
A rare opportunity for an Administrator to join a highly trained team of experienced media professionals, combining skills and expertise to create well-planned, highly creative, and captivating videos.
This is a central and pivotal role for the company.
Working alongside and for the Director of the company you will liaise and support the workload for the other team members in the company.
The successful candidate needs to be adaptable, able to work as part of a team, perceptive to priorities, and appreciative of the requirements of the clients
and how the job fits into the company’s overall workflow.
The role will include a lot of customer contact and liaison, so a confident and helpful telephone manner is essential.
Duties include

Answering the phone to deal with bookings, orders & account queries etc.

Adding orders to Sage accounts, generating invoices and statements.

Taking card payments over the phone & face to face.

Replying to emails and emailing school show confirmations & booking forms to schools.

Processing returned booking forms to provide accurate call sheets for the filming team.

Formatting and spell-checking credits for the editing team.

Answering the door to deal with customers and deliveries.

Stock control and replenishment.

Processing and handling copy jobs

USB duplication, packaging and despatch
Skills Required:
-
Must have proven experience in Microsoft office including Outlook, Windows, Excel.

Competency with (Sage) accounts and Photoshop would be beneficial but is not essential.

The job will include use of ACT CRM database software, but training on this will be provided.
