Join our client’s team as a Health & Safety Advisor!
Are you a Health & Safety professional with a construction or housing background? Our client is seeking experienced Health & Safety Advisors to advise on health, safety, and welfare matters, conducting site inspections on various building types, including occupied properties.
You will be responsible for providing guidance on outsourced construction and in-house projects, including conducting risk assessments and preparing phase plans. Promote continuous improvement in health and safety standards, fostering a positive safety culture. Assist in the development and management of the health and safety strategy, policies, and objectives. And ensure operational leaders understand and fulfil their health and safety responsibilities.
About you
You should hold a NEBOSH National General and/or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) with experience in CDM Regulations 2015, along with a passion for fostering a strong safety culture. Stay updated on legislation, think positively and resiliently, and work independently while managing time effectively. You must also hold a full UK driving license and vehicle access are required for travel across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset and surrounding areas.
