Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a Receptionist to permanently join the front office team at a global Law Firm in their central London office on a full time basis.

Renowned for its global reach spanning across sectors such as Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions through to Finance, this firm offers a high-end service to its clients and extends this to its employee experience which is evident in excellent staff tenure and employee benefits. The firm has a headcount above 100 in their London Office, making this a fast-paced role.
The Role
You will join a team of proactive team of receptionists who take pride in playing an integral role in providing a positive experience for internal staff and external visitors.
No two days will be the same however your core responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls and transferring these to the correct department in a professional manner
Organising meeting room allocation via an electronic booking system and ensuring the rooms are presented well
Meeting and greet clients and visitors
Making travel arrangements for Legal teams & visitors
Working with the wider front & back office teams when coordinating events
Administering security badges with care and ensuring these are logged accordingly
Ad Hoc administration duties for the wider secretarial teams
About You
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt this to different stakeholders
A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar professional services position
Basic IT Skills with a willingness to learn and maintain high attention to detail
Flexible 'Can do' Attitude who enjoys working in a team to complete a task
An interest in developing a career within Corporate Reception
