Daily Responsibilities:

Managing product submissions from internal teams to ensure they meet quality guidelines and brand standards

Liaising with the Directors to ensure team targets are communicated clearly

Acting as the main point of contact for branches regarding project administrative work

Maintaining accurate attendance records for the team

Submitting daily reports and sales figures

Assisting with customer prospecting and administrative duties

Ensuring journey plans and areas covered meet required quality and quantity standards

Performing adhoc duties to support the team
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous Quality Assurance experience supporting/customer service and QA teams

Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to change

Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

A passion for data entry and organisation

A team player with a hands-on approach
