Role: Criminal Justice Casework Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Manage referrals, assess and support clients to maintain accommodation and make positive life changes.

Develop effective relationships with key partner agencies such as the National Probation Service, Police, and other support services to facilitate multi-agency support planning.

Participate in an out-of-hours on-call system (1 week in 4).

Work within rostered systems, including weekends and evenings as required.

Provide high-quality, person-centred services with a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.

Manage incidents and safeguarding, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and followed up.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Full driving license and access to own car.

Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behavior.

Personal experience of homelessness or social exclusion is advantageous.

Understanding of the causes of offending, homelessness, and social exclusion, and knowledge of effective intervention approaches.
