Position: Learning and Development Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 p/a
Are you passionate about professional development and training? Our client, a leader in clean water asset services, is seeking an experienced L&D Manager to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in creating and delivering training programs to upskill employees.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement tailored training programs.
·Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
·Collaborate with stakeholders for talent development.
·Design engaging training materials and deliver interactive sessions.
·Provide coaching and mentoring.
·Maintain training records and generate reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
·2+ years in a similar role.
·Desirable qualifications: L3EAT, TAQA, CAVA, or Assessor.
·Experience in the water industry.
·Expertise in instructional design and training delivery.
·Strong project management and communication skills.
·Customer service focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
