Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in building services and a proven ability to manage electrical projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee all phases of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.

Team Coordination: Manage and motivate project teams, including engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the building services industry, with a focus on electrical projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and components. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Certifications: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
